Terms of Service

1. Who we are

anex.sh is operated by MITON AI Spice s.r.o., registered at Křižíkova 148/34, Karlín, 186 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 295 29 786, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ29529786 ("anex.sh", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@anex.sh; we answer support requests within two business days.

2. The Service

anex.sh provides a batch inference service for open large-language models (the "Service"). You submit a dataset through our API or dashboard, we issue a credit estimate for processing it, and after you approve the estimate we run the job and deliver a result file. The Service is provided digitally; no physical goods are supplied.

3. Accounts and organizations

Use of the Service requires an account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business or professional purposes. Accounts belong to an organization, and you are responsible for all activity under your organization's accounts and API keys. You must keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate registration and billing information.

4. Pricing, credits, and payment

• Credits are denominated and charged in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, such as VAT, may be added.
• Credit estimates are free of charge.
• The Service is paid with prepaid credits. You purchase credits as a one-time payment, typically in the amount of a job's credit estimate, and they are added to your organization's balance as soon as the payment settles. Each credit purchase is a one-time transaction, not a subscription; nothing renews automatically.
• A job consumes credits only after you, or an auto-approve rule you have configured, approve its credit estimate, and approval requires your balance to cover the estimate. The approved estimate is the maximum number of credits the job will consume. If parts of a job fail, the job consumes credits only for the portion that completed successfully, and the difference remains on your balance.
• Unused credits stay on your balance and apply to future jobs; they do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable except as set out in section 7.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Results are delivered digitally as a result file available through the API and dashboard as soon as the job finishes, with an optional webhook notification. We guarantee completion of an approved job within 7 days of approval; most jobs complete within hours. You may request a stricter completion deadline for a job, which we will honor on a best-effort basis.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a job at any time before approving its credit estimate, at no cost; no credits are consumed before approval. You may also cancel a job after approval while it is in progress: rows already completed are delivered and consume credits, the remaining rows are stopped, and the credits held for them are released back to your balance. You may stop using the Service at any time and close your account by contacting support@anex.sh.

7. Refunds and disputes

You do not pay for failed jobs or failed portions of jobs: credits held for a portion that did not complete are returned to your balance automatically. Credits themselves are non-refundable and are not paid out in cash. However, if a job is not completed within the guaranteed period, if a credit purchase was charged incorrectly, or if you believe any other charge is in error, notify us at support@anex.sh within 30 days of the charge and we will review it. Agreed refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer; most issues are resolved faster that way.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not submit content or generate output that is illegal, that infringes the rights of others, or that violates the license terms of the models you run. You are responsible for complying with export-control and sanctions laws that apply to you. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. Your data

You keep all rights to the datasets you upload and the results we generate for you. We process them only to run your jobs and operate the Service, and retain them only as long as necessary for that purpose. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including the website, APIs, and underlying software; these terms grant you no rights in them beyond the right to use the Service. Open models available through the Service remain subject to their own license terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your organization's access if it materially breaches these terms, if invoices remain unpaid more than 14 days after notice, or where required by law; where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy first. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time as described in section 6. Upon termination, unpaid fees for work already performed become due, unused credits lapse and are not paid out, and we delete remaining data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". Model outputs are machine-generated and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, revenue, or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Promotions

If we offer promotional credits or discounts, the conditions stated with the offer apply. Promotional credits have no cash value and expire as stated in the offer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give advance notice of material changes to your organization's billing email; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. General

We are not responsible for delay or failure, including failure to meet the delivery guarantee in section 5, caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them within our corporate group or in connection with a merger or sale. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service, and if any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes are subject to the courts of Prague, Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
